Warranted confidence
All bikes purchased from The Green Bike Company come with 3 month parts and labour warranty - this is subject to wear and tear.
All bikes leave our workshop in photographed working order.
If parts need replacing, they will have been changed before the bike is sold.
Bikes are fully road tested for set up before they leave us.
If you have initial set up issues as the bike settles down during the first period of use, we will collect the bike (if you are local) or arrange for a recommended repairer to take a look for you (if you are a national customer).
We aim for total satisfaction, but please bear in mind that a bike will serve you well for many years if you take care of it. Cleaning and lubricating is essential. We cannot be responsible for damage due to accidents or negligence.
