  • All bikes purchased from The Green Bike Company come with 3 month parts and labour warranty - this is subject to wear and tear.
  • All bikes leave our workshop in photographed working order.
  • If parts need replacing, they will have been changed before the bike is sold.
  • Bikes are fully road tested for set up before they leave us.
  • If you have initial set up issues as the bike settles down during the first period of use, we will collect the bike (if you are local) or arrange for a recommended repairer to take a look for you (if you are a national customer).
  • We aim for total satisfaction, but please bear in mind that a bike will serve you well for many years if you take care of it. Cleaning and lubricating is essential. We cannot be responsible for damage due to accidents or negligence.
