However, to offer you the keenest prices, we operate on lower margins than the new bike retailers. We hope you understand.
If you visit our premises, you will clearly save on any delivery charges. If you arrange with us to return your product to one of our premises, we will not charge you for returns.
We use a specialist courier who delivers your bike assembled and ready to go. This service is available for deliveries in England and Wales. For Scotland, we will choose the quickest and safest route for your bike, which may mean we contact you to arrange a meeting. There are occasions when we need to send your bike by one of the national couriers. Your bike will be packed in protective cardboard and will arrive with its handlebars turned and any pedals removed. You will therefore need some basic tools to get your bike ready for the road. If you need us to supply these, please add this to the special instructions as you check out. We will not usually send a carbon bike via a standard courier. If you purchase directly from our website, we will quote you our standard delivery charges subject to our couriers.
All courier delivery charges are subject to distance and urgency - our vehicles are regularly traveling the country and so we will can safely deliver your bike to you as soon as possible. We will e-mail or call you to arrange delivery.
